Delivery & Shipping Policy
We offer FREE delivery on all orders of £35 or over.
Orders of £34.99 or less will incur a small flat rate charge of just £3.50
We know - that once you've placed your order, you will be eagerly looking forward to receiving it. That's why we try to get it to you as soon as is practical and to keep you fully informed along the way.
We will notify you by either email or SMS message once your item has been dispatched.
All orders received will be dispatched the following day, by either Royal Mail or Courier Service.
Large items such as Dog Beds or Ceramic items, will be dispatched within 24 Hours by Courier Service.
We aim to get all orders to you within 5 working days from the day of dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please give all deliveries at least 7 days, from the date of dispatch, before raising a query about non arrival.

Returns & Exchanges
Here at Sniff & Bark we are happy to refund or exchange any product purchased via our website in accordance with the following policy.
This policy is addition to, and does not effect, your statutory rights.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) make the following checks.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of receiving notification, then please first check your bank account again.
If you paid by credit card contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange items ordered in error or of the wrong size.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address shown at the bottom of this page.
On returning the product please include a note with your name, address, reason for return and exchange size required etc. This helps us speed up the refund/exchange process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves,
we can only send a refund to the gift giver as per the terms and conditions of their, and our, merchant card service provider.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain proof of postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We Can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
