- Shipping Fees and Delivery
a) For orders with a total value below £35, a flat rate shipping fee of £3.50 will be applied.
b) For orders with a total value of £35 or above, shipping is free of charge.
c) Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Methods
All orders will be shipped using a standard shipping method, as determined by Evri or our designated shipping partner. We reserve the right to change our shipping partner or method at any time without prior notice.
- Delivery Times
a) Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
b) Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sniff & Bark Limited is not responsible for delays in delivery due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, or courier issues.
- Returns and Refunds
a) You have the right to return any item(s) purchased from our Site for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item(s) is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags still attached.

c) The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

e) If the returned item(s) is not in its original condition, or if any packaging or tags have been removed, Sniff & Bark Limited reserves the right to reject the return or reduce the refund amount.
